Stamping parts

The main competence of Wallpach is the series production of technically high-quality stamped parts made of stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, aluminum and conventional steel.

In the past few years we have also gained promising experience in stamping non-metallic materials such as carbon.

We offer our customers a wide range of manufacturing options. In principle, materials up to a thickness of 6 mm can be processed.

Depending on the requirements, our machine park includes suitable stamping machines from 35 tons up to a maximum press force of 200 tons.

Because the production tools are manufactured in our own tooling department, subsequent modifications are no problem and professional maintenance of the often very complex tools is also ensured.
